Our team was contracted by Citicorp Merchant Bank Limited (“CCMB”) as the Contractor to fit-out Citi’s Main Offices located at #12 Queens Park East, Port of Spain. The mandate entailed addressing demolition works, coordination of all MEP services, interior fit-out and external works including the construction of concrete and gypsum walls, installation of ceiling tiles and gypsum ceiling and the addition of a new entrance at Basement Level.
