Our team was contracted by The Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad & Tobago (“UDeCOTT”) to provide Design, Construction and Outfitting Services for the Josephine Shaw House Project (Phase 2) located at 131-133 Henry Street, Port-of-Spain. The mandate of the Design Build Team entailed addressing the requirements of the staff and occupants of the facility whilst ensuring that it is comfortable, functional and within the agreed budget.
